Per at RemotiveLabs

Car makers rarely find the expensive bugs inside a single ECU. They find them in the gaps between suppliers, signal versions and teams. Per leads RemotiveLabs to close those gaps with Vehicle-as-Code and RemotiveTopology, which turn the E/E architecture into something teams can version, run and test from day one.

Under his leadership, RemotiveLabs has built partnerships with Google Cloud, Arm, Kvaser and Macnica. RemotiveLabs is part of the digital cockpit reference solution in Arm Total Design for Physical AI, alongside AWS, Google, HERE and Siemens. The company has grown to teams in Malmö, Munich and Taipei, and in 2026 it was ranked in the Sifted 100: Nordics and named a top 50 finalist in the European Startup Prize for Mobility.

Per writes on LinkedIn about how automotive engineering and software engineering meet. His articles include The V-model has no time axis and Why it's easier to learn to bend metal than to write software. He hosts the RemotiveTalks on the RemotiveLabs blog, with guests such as Michael Fait (Thoughtworks) on the automotive test pyramid and Florian Rohde (iProcess) on virtual ECUs.

He speaks regularly at industry events, including Bosch ConnectedWorld, VECS and ELIV in Baden-Baden. He is also a co-author of the 360° Continuous Lifecycle Engineering whitepaper with Kaizenics, Bosch Engineering, AVL, HPE and digital.auto.
