Guido
Dr. Guido Koch has been head of growth and operations at RemotiveLabs since December 2025, based in Munich. A former McKinsey consultant and interim executive, he drives RemotiveLabs' growth in the European automotive sector and advises scale-ups in mobility and tech on growth strategy and investor readiness.

Software-defined vehicles and fast-growing E/E architectures make automotive development more complex every year. Guido drives RemotiveLabs' growth in the European automotive sector, helping car makers and suppliers handle that complexity with virtual development and testing.
He joined RemotiveLabs in December 2025 in a freelance role, alongside his own consultancy, and works from Munich, close to many of Germany's car makers and suppliers.
Background and related experience
Guido is a former McKinsey consultant and has run his own management consultancy since 2019, focusing on operational excellence, digital transformation and M&A. He has helped European scale-ups and SMEs in mobility and tech raise more than EUR 30 million in seed to Series A funding rounds.
From 2020 to 2025 he was a project-based partner at Stahl Automotive Consulting, where he co-led automotive go-to-market projects. He has also served as interim CEO at a fintech company and sits on the advisory board of 2P Partners. Guido holds a doctorate in mechatronics (Dr.-Ing.) and studied at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
